Firm Level Multi-indicator Comparison

info
Introduction
This dashboard presents every single parameter under every single aspect that was studied in the NIS. Here each section, numbered from A to U, represents an aspect, and each graph under it represents only one specific parameter, and distribution of firms around values of that particular parameter. This, together with high interactiveness of this dashboard, enables user to study relation among any subset of hundreds of parameters available. User can visually select (deselect) any aspect(s), and also any parameter(s) in an aspect. After each filter application each graph is sorted to allow user see top 5, top 10, bottom 5, etc.
How to interact with the dashboard?
In this dashboard every thing interacts with each other in two-way fashion. Following are tips to interact:
  1. For a specific graph, click on pie/bar/row/bubble(s) to select (deselect) corresponding value(s). Selected values will get highlighted in colour (of pie/bar/row/bubble) and current selection will appear next to the title of the graph.
  2. When selection is for multiple graphs using previous tip, then selections are applied across different graphs.
  3. Selections of a particular value of a graph/parameter can be deselected by clicking again on corresponding pie/bar/row/bubble. All selections in a particular graph can be deselected by clicking on "Reset" link next to graph's title. "Reset" link appears only after application of selection. Again all selections in the dashboard can be deselected by clicking on the top-right button "Reset All Filters".
  4. Hover on a pie/bar/row/bubble to see count of firms for corresponding value of the parameter (that is represented by the graph), for currently applied filters.
  5. When dashboard loads first time, only a few parameters are shown upfront. The "Customize" button placed at the top right can be used to add as many as 24 parameters across sections, to study them together.
 None
Follow instructions below immediately after the title of the graphs to apply filters to select (deselect) one or more parameters. Hovering on a bar/pie/bubble will show the associated value.
Pie chart here represents response to the Multiple Choice Question, for example dichotomous responses in 'yes' or 'no'. Click on a cross section of the pie(s) to select (deselect) the response. Selected cross section is treated ‘as if’ 100%. There would be corresponding changes in the values of the rest of the graphs in ‘A’ to ‘U’. Once selected ‘Reset’ button will show along the title of the graph to go back to the original position.
